The breakfast was excellent. All the staff at the Smile Hotel Sasebo was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice treat. Thank you to the front desk for allowing me to use the iron and ironing board. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Sasebo. Thank you making my stay a memorable one. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for us. There is a washer and dryer to do your laundry, and the washer has the laundry detergent automatically fed into it. It's an inexpensive room in a convenient location with great staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming to me. I had a package that I was awaiting to be delivered and they did what they could to chase it down before I left. The location in the town was good but still a decent walk if you’re going to the train or bus station. The room was perfect and comfortable for a solo traveller. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel location was good it's near the shopping district in Sasebo City. Which you can find a lot of stuff. Room is clean and nice but a little old and comfortable to stay.

Free bicycle parking in the garage across the street. Garage is locked overnight and opens at 0530. I have stayed before and mostly come for the privacy and the quiet
