The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for us. There is a washer and dryer to do your laundry, and the washer has the laundry detergent automatically fed into it. It's an inexpensive room in a convenient location with great staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming to me. I had a package that I was awaiting to be delivered and they did what they could to chase it down before I left. The location in the town was good but still a decent walk if you’re going to the train or bus station. The room was perfect and comfortable for a solo traveller. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel location was good it's near the shopping district in Sasebo City. Which you can find a lot of stuff. Room is clean and nice but a little old and comfortable to stay.

Free bicycle parking in the garage across the street. Garage is locked overnight and opens at 0530. I have stayed before and mostly come for the privacy and the quiet

Great amenities and room is clean. Has everything that one could ask for an acceptable price. The breakfast is extra but is very good.

It is located in an excellent location, with it being next to the shopping district yet being relatively quiet.
